Western Railway has announced the launch of a Rajkot Barauni Special Weekly Train to manage the heavy rush of passengers during the upcoming Diwali and Chhath Puja festival season. The special service will operate for a limited period with 18 trips in both directions, providing much-needed relief to long-distance travelers.

The Rajkot-Barauni Special (09569/09570) will begin its journey from October 2, 2025, and continue until November 29, 2025.
- Train No. 09569 Rajkot-Barauni Special will depart from Rajkot every Thursday at 17:00 hrs (5:00 PM) starting from October 2, 2025, and reach Barauni on the third day at 05:00 hrs (5:00 AM).
- Train No. 09570 Barauni-Rajkot Special will leave Barauni every Saturday at 14:40 hrs (2:40 PM) from October 4, 2025, and arrive in Rajkot on the third day at 04:40 hrs (4:40 AM).
