Massive Preparations Underway for BJP State President’s First Visit After Taking Charge
Jagdish Vishwakarma in Rajkot on Wednesday: Rajkot is gearing up for a grand political event as BJP State President Jagdish Vishwakarma is scheduled to visit the city on Wednesday. This marks his first visit to Rajkot after assuming his new role as the state chief, and the local BJP units are leaving no stone unturned to make it a spectacular occasion.
According to party sources, a massive gathering of BJP workers from Rajkot city, Rajkot district, and Morbi district will be held at Racecourse Ground. Thousands of party members are expected to attend the event, where Vishwakarma will address the crowd. Preparations for the mega convention, including the setup of a grand dome and stage, are already in full swing.
Special Arrival and Grand Welcome at Airport
Jagdish Vishwakarma will arrive in Rajkot via a special aircraft at the Hirasar Airport. Senior BJP leaders from Rajkot city, Rajkot district, and Morbi district will personally receive him at the airport.
From there, a car rally will accompany Vishwakarma from the airport to Greenland Chowkdi, symbolizing a show of unity and enthusiasm among party workers. The rally will feature a long convoy of cars led by local BJP leaders from both Rajkot and Morbi.
Massive Bike Rally to Racecourse Ground
After reaching Greenland Chowkdi, the BJP Yuva Morcha (Youth Wing) will organize a bike rally with 1,100 motorcycles to escort Jagdish Vishwakarma to the Racecourse Ground. The youth workers will lead the rally with great enthusiasm, creating a festive political atmosphere in the city.
At the Racecourse Ground, a grand reception is planned for the BJP State President, who will then address a massive gathering of around 15,000 party workers from Rajkot and Morbi districts.

City-Wide Mobilization and Transport Arrangements
BJP has made special arrangements to ensure maximum participation. Each ward in Rajkot city will mobilize between 800 to 1,000 workers to attend the event. For this purpose, 10 to 15 buses per ward have been arranged to transport the attendees to the Racecourse venue.
Additionally, several special buses will be deployed from various parts of Rajkot district and Morbi to bring in supporters. The large-scale transport and coordination reflect the party’s commitment to making the event a grand success.
Inspection by Senior BJP Leaders
In preparation for Wednesday’s mega event, senior BJP leaders visited the Racecourse Ground to review the arrangements. Among those present were Rajkot City BJP President Madhav Dave, District BJP President Alpesh Dholariya, MLA Uday Kangad, party spokesperson Raju Dhruv, Standing Committee Chairman Jaymin Thakar, General Secretary Ashwin Moliya, and Treasurer Mayur Shah.
They discussed seating arrangements, stage setup, sound systems, and overall crowd management to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the function.
